Go banana’s overnight oats

Overnight oats are great for meal-prepping your weekly breakfasts.

Serves: 1 / Ready in: 10 mins + overnight soaking / Difficulty: 1/5 / Storing: Can be stored in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Ingredients

  • 75g rolled oats

  • 280ml milk (any milk, I use non-sweetened Almond milk)

  • 1 banana

  • Vanilla (essence, pods, paste or powder)

  • Maple syrup (optional, I prefer without)

Method

Place oats in a bowl or Tupperware and pour in the milk, add the vanilla, maple syrup and mix together. In another bowl mash half of the banana and mix it in with the oats. Slice the second half of the banana up and place on top of the oats. Drizzle the nut butter over the top, cover and keep in the fridge overnight.

Enjoy!
