“I wanted to be overall healthier, happier, and more content with myself. Sophie gives constant, constructive feedback that not only has you answer the question of “what did you do?” but also asks the “why did you do it?”. This is such a critical question when changing behaviour. You need to know the root cause of your actions in order to introduce the right techniques for sustainable change. I have significantly cut down my alcohol intake. I used to consume alcohol as a coping mechanism when I was stressed or sad.
